All products are packed using high-quality, protective packaging materials sourced from reliable vendors and tested for transit safety before dispatch.

How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once your order is successfully placed and processed, each product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets Mahasya's standards. After inspection, the products are carefully packed and handed over to our logistics partner for delivery.

If the delivery partner is unable to reach you at the provided address or preferred time, they may contact you directly to coordinate delivery.

All products (including any complimentary items, if applicable) are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout, along with a valid invoice. While we aim to ship all items together, some orders may arrive in separate packages.

How Are Products Packaged?

  • Individual products are securely wrapped to prevent damage
  • Fragile items (such as glass bottles) receive additional protective layers
  • All items are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes before dispatch

Mahasya takes responsibility for damages caused during transit. Please notify us promptly if you receive a damaged package.

Shipping Locations

Mahasya currently ships across India to most serviceable PIN codes. Serviceability may change based on logistics partner coverage.

You can check delivery availability by entering your PIN code on the product page or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing tracking details and courier information.

Registered users may also track orders through the "My Account / Orders" section on the website or app.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation
  • Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days, depending on location

While Mahasya strives for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier-related issues. Mahasya is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners.

Delivery Attempts & Availability

Our delivery partners will typically attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If you are unavailable:

  • The courier may contact you to reschedule
  • After three failed attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse

Please ensure availability at the delivery address and respond to courier calls to avoid returns.
