Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

Mahasya believes in supporting its customers and aims to offer a fair and transparent cancellation, returns, and refund process. Cancellation requests will be considered only if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Mahasya reserves the right to cancel any order, with or without prior notice, if a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of our terms of use.

If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, you may contact Mahasya's customer support team by writing to support@mahasya.in. Upon successful cancellation, the order amount will be refunded within two to five business days after the request is processed. Please note that once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within two to five business days. For payments made via credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking, refunds will be credited back to the original payment source. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional two to three business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Returns & Refunds

Mahasya offers returns, replacements, or refunds only in cases where the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return or exchange requests must be filed within five days from the date of delivery by contacting customer support and sharing the order ID, invoice, and clear images or videos of the product with visible batch details. Partial returns are allowed for orders containing multiple products, provided the eligibility criteria are met.

Once a return or replacement request is approved, Mahasya will arrange for reverse pickup within four to seven business days. Refunds or replacements will be initiated only after the returned product has been received and verified at our warehouse. Products must be returned unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with seals, labels, barcodes, and any complimentary items intact. Requests may be rejected if products are returned in damaged condition, without original packaging, or if signs of tampering or alteration are found.

In the rare event that a damaged, leaking, tampered, or incorrect product is delivered, customers are required to notify Mahasya within five days of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence along with the invoice. Once verified, Mahasya will process a replacement or refund as applicable. Replacement requests are subject to product availability, and if a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Free gifts or promotional items provided with an order must be returned along with the main product in case of a refund. Such items must also be in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact. Refunds will not be processed if complimentary items are not returned.

Refunds for returned products are initiated within two to five business days after successful inspection at our warehouse. For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer once shares with bank account details. In some cases, Mahasya may offer refunds in the form of store credits or coupons for future use.

Refunds may also be initiated in cases where delivery fails due to refusal by the customer, repeated unavailability, or incorrect or unreachable delivery address. In such cases, refund will be processed only after the product is returned to Mahasya by the logistics partner and will follow the original payment method.

Mahasya regularly reviews its Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy and reserves the right to modify or update it at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Mahasya website or mobile application. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed.

Mahasya – No Cancellation, No Return, and No Refund Policy

Mahasya offers wellness programs, consultations, digital content, and curated health-related products and services that are personalized and time-bound in nature. Due to the nature of these offerings, all purchases made on the Mahasya website or mobile application are final and non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once the order is successfully placed.

Once a payment is completed and an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, wellness consultations, digital services, subscription-based programs, personalised recommendations, downloadable content, and any associated products or services offered through the Mahasya platform.

Mahasya does not accept returns or issue refunds for any products or services delivered or made accessible to the user. Customers are advised to carefully review all details, descriptions, pricing, and terms before completing a purchase. By proceeding with payment, the user acknowledges and agrees to this no cancellation, no return, and no refund policy.

In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to a technical error solely attributable to Mahasya, the company may, at its discretion, provide an alternative service, reschedule access, or offer a suitable resolution. Such instances do not constitute a general right to refund or cancellation.

Mahasya reserves the right to decline service or cancel access without refund if any misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of platform terms is detected. This includes providing false information, misuse of health-related guidance, unauthorised sharing of content or services.
